Maria S. Grieser
Maria combines leadership with a solid financial background and in-depth
knowledge of customer needs. Her background comes from a depth of experience
across several different industries.
She has expertise in all aspects of business management including operations, financial and accounting management, and management information systems. Maria has been the President & CEO of Xllerate® Consulting since 2005 and is the brainchild and developer of the Xllerate® software product. Prior to starting Xllerate® Consulting, Maria served as the Vice President of Operations for Advance Processing Systems, Inc. (a subsidiary of Snelling Personnel Services). She was critical in the planning, testing, and implementation of their PeopleSoft implementation. Maria was asked to stay and run Advance (a fee based accounting services company) for Snelling. She reorganized Advance and improved the bottom-line, quality and customer service during a rapid growth phase ($80M to $400M). She also held the position of Vice President of MicroSun, a software development and consulting company and Director of Tax, Treasury and Insurance for Sky Chefs, a subsidiary of American Airlines.
Maria holds a BBA from the Southern Methodist University, Dallas, Texas.
