Delivery Information
Upon the purchase of one of our products, you are given two delivery options: Immediate download only, and immediate download and CD delivery. For download orders, we strongly encourage you to make a backup copy of the installation file you download.
The downloadable program is a complete 30 day trial program. Upon activation, the Trial notification popup box will cease and the 30 day limitation will be removed. Delivery of the activation key via email or other means constitutes delivery fulfillment. CD delivery is provided solely as a service to those customers that may have difficulty in creating their own backup CD. At the current time, the shipment of the CD package is limited to the United States.
Standard Shipping may include delivery via Priority Mail or US Postal Service. Orders placed via these shipping options are not guaranteed to be delivered within a certain timeframe. Typically, deliveries should take between 3 to 5 business days. Packages may be shipped to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii and P.O. boxes may take longer.
2nd Day Air should arrive within 2 business days plus the shipping timeframe quoted on the site. No weekend delivery; no P.O. boxes or APO/FPO.
Next Day Air should arrive on the next business day plus the shipping timeframe quoted on the site. No weekend delivery; no P.O. boxes or APO/FPO.
Shipment Delays
While we make every attempt to immediately fill all CD requests placed, the shipment may be delayed or backordered. If a delay or backorder occurs you will receive notification via email.
Sales Tax
We are required to collect sales tax on purchases downloaded to Texas, the state where we currently have business operations. For orders downloaded to Texas, tax is calculated based on the order subtotal. There is no tax collected for orders downloaded outside of Texas.
Refund Policy
Except with respect to any Sample Application Code, Trial Version, and Not For Resale versions of the Software, Xllerate® warrants that, for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of delivery of the Software to you (as evidenced by a copy of your purchase receipt), (i) when used with a hardware configuration recommended by the Product, the Software will perform in substantial conformance with the documentation supplied with the Software; and (ii) the physical media on which the Software is furnished will be free from defects in materials and workmanship that interfere with its functionality under normal use. Your exclusive remedy is to return the Software and all other Program materials to the place you acquired it, with a copy of your receipt and a written description of the problem, and to destroy all other Program elements (such as a backup copy of the Software), if any, in your possession or control and the removal of the license key via use of the installed License Manager.
Provided that Xllerate® is advised in writing of the problem within the 90-day warranty period, Xllerate® will, in its sole discretion, elect to (i) use reasonable commercial efforts to supply you with a replacement copy of the Software or associated Product material that enables the Software to conform substantially with its documentation, or (ii) refund to you the purchase price for the Software. This limited warranty shall be void if the Software was altered in any way, if the media embodying the Software was damaged by misuse, accident, abuse, modification, or misapplication, or if the problem arose out of the use of the Product other than as specifically authorized hereunder. THIS REMEDY IS THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AVAILABLE WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT.
